Parents of enrolled pupils and parents who wish to enroll their children in the Chandler Unified School District must fill out this form to visit, tour (outside of regularly scheduled tour times) or observe a classroom. This completed form must be submitted to the school principal/designee no less than two full business days before the desired visit.

About Our School...
Shumway, home of The Stars, was established in 1987. We are at the far northeast region of Chandler Unified School District. At Shumway we know excellence in education starts with us. Shumway offers a variety of educational opportunities as well as extracurricular activities to our elementary students, enabling each child to reach their full potential. Our excellent teaching and support staff promote a positive school climate.
